Every piece that leaves the studio has survived decades, even centuries, and we are not about to let it meet its end in a mailbox.

Within Canada:

For now we only ship within Canada.

Standard Orders (under $500 CAD)

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the service selected. As a default, all packages are shipped via Canada Post tracked parcel, with declared-value insurance matching your purchase price at no extra cost to you. 

All Other Orders ($500 CAD and above)

These pieces qualify for free shipping and will be delivered via UPS, fully insured and with Adult Signature Required. No exceptions. Someone 18 or older must be present to sign for it. 

Processing: Pieces ship within 2 to 3 business days of your order. A tracking number is sent by email the moment your package leaves us. Once it's in the carrier's hands, delivery times vary by destination and service selected.

We are not able to redirect, hold or reroute any parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, reshipment costs are the buyer's responsibility. 

Fraud & Security: Orders may be held for verification before shipping, particularly for first-time or high-value purchases. Release may require certain types of due diligence, including (but not limited to) a confirmation call or email.
